Menus
We Want to Make Your Special Day Special! Menus are designed with personal attention to your desires, taste and seasonality.  We take pride in sourcing quality ingredients including locally-grown food from a network of small farmers and producers.

Catering is available for drop-off, buffet, and full service events. Just talk with us to assess your needs. Prices are based on group sizes as mentioned on the menus, quotes for larger or smaller groups are available. We are happy to assist with venue, equipment rental and other vendors.

We will work with you to accommodate your dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose intolerant, meatavore, etc.) with special menus. Theme menus are a specialty for parties and fundraisers.

A signature beverage, served in a glass urn with fresh fruit garnish. Cranberry Almond Punch is a favorite. 


Desserts

Ice Cream Sundae Bar 
A dessert and an activity! Guests can mix and match ice creams with homemade sauces and fun toppings – all piled into elegant stemmed glasses. A typical table includes vanilla and chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter fudge sauce, chunky praline pecan sauce, fresh strawberry Grand Marnier sauce, crushed Oreos, crushed toffee, mini M&Ms, whipped cream & cherries.

Color-themed Candy Bar 
A fun presentation of color-themed candies for guests to choose from, presented in varying heights of glassware. With individual packaging so that guests can create their own party favor. 

Gourmet Cupcakes 
Homemade cake & my signature buttercream, with decorative touches. 
Classic flavors as well as flavors to go along with any theme.

Signature Boxed Lunches

Boxed lunches are served in classy, eco-friendly containers with choice of sandwich, side dish, Indiana pickle and dessert.  Sandwiches include:

Roast Beef & Caramelized Onion 
Slow-roasted onions and peppers, cream cheese, tomatoes, 
lettuce and banana peppers on a ciabatta roll

Roast Turkey Club
Provolone cheese, turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on a ciabbata roll. 

Smoked Turkey & Cranberry Chutney Wrap
With cream cheese, shredded carrots & celery, lettuce and homemade cranberry chutney

Chicken Salad Croissant
Our signature recipe chicken salad 

 Seasonal Hummus Wrap 
House-made seasonal hummus, spinach, cucumbers, 
shredded carrots, and feta cheese on a whole wheat wrap.

​Radford's Italian Salad
Cured Salami, Pepperoni and Ham, Provolone Cheese, Olives, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and more on a bed of fresh greens, with a side of our just right Italian Dressing

Side dish choices include:  
Green Salad, Deviled Egg Potato Salad, Stetson Salad, Kale BLT Salad and Assorted Chips

Dessert Choices include:
Fresh Fruit, Chocolate Chip Whoopie Pies, Dutch Apple Blondie Bars and Cherry Cheesecake


Lunches are also available presented on trays if individual boxes are not needed. 
Please order a minimum of ten sandwiches per type. $8.95 per person



Hot Lunches

Served with a seasonal salad, fresh rolls with butter and dessert, $9.50 per person

Black beans, corn and veggies, with a creamy sour cream layer, 
combine in a cumin & chili spiced pastry shell

Chicken Caesar Lasagna
Lemon and black pepper-spiked Alfredo sauce layered with roasted chicken,
 spinach, tomatoes and noodles for a hearty main dish

King Ranch Casserole
Comfort food at it's best - layers of roasted chicken, corn tortillas, tomatoes, and mild chilies combine in a hot and bubbly cheddar cheese sauce

Savory Ham & Broccoli Cream Puffs
Individual cream puffs make for a special presentation

Hot Soup with Sandwiches & Salads
Choices Include Homemade Baked Potato Soup, Chili, Vegetable Beef, Chicken Tortilla, Smoked Turkey & Wild Rice, Butternut Squash Bisque

Please contact me if you’d prefer a plated or delivery only dinner. 



Dinner prices based on groups of 25-75 guests. Indiana sales tax and delivery will be added. Guest count should be firm 7 days before the event, and changes made a minimum of 72 hours before the event.  Groups over 100 deposit 50% of the balance 30 days before the event.
